For orders with large quantities and whole sale inquiries, please send us the details to the email address listed below.
Return and exchange of faulty/non-faulty goods
Once you receive the merchandise, please check that it is the correct product and that it does not have any defects.
Exchange of faulty goods: In the following cases, we will replace the products and reimburse the shipping expense.
(1) The product you received is different from what you have ordered.
(2) The product was damaged at the time of arrival.
The cancelation and return of products will be accepted up to 30 days max. after the client has received the merchandise.
Exchange of non-faulty goods: In the following cases, we will replace the products but we will NOT reimburse the shipping expense.
(3) The product you received is different from what you had expected.
(4) The client ordered more than needed.
In any of the above cases, please reach us via email.
Payment method and period
We accept bank deposit and payment via Paypal only.
We accept advance payment only.
In case the client does not make a payment within 10 days after the order, we will cancel the order.
Expense besides the product cost
We are not responsible for other charges such as bank deposit fees.
The merchandise will be shipped within 7 days after the client made a payment.
It may take up to 3 weeks since every product is made by hand.
In case we do not have products in stock, or it is an advanced order, we will notify you with the delivery date.
When the client is located outside of Japan, it may take longer for shipping of the product.
